Voltera 75 / Xtrovac 710

Problem: The vacuum cannot turn on. Shut-off randomly. Short usage time.

Cause: The battery is discharged, a magnetic field is near the vacuum. The impeller is blocked. The power switch is loose.

Solution: Remove the debris blocking the impeller movement. Charge the battery until the light of the charger turns from red to green color. Clean the charging pins. Remove any magnetic object near the vacuum. Reinstall the power switch.

Problem: Cannot capture fine debris.

Cause: The filter cartridge is not installed or it is installed in the incorrect position.

Solution: Install the filter cartridge in the correct position.

Problem: Suction is low.

Cause: Debris is full. The filter cartridge is installed in the incorrect position. Filters are too dirty. Battery level is low.

Solution: Empty the debris compartment. Install the filter cartridge in the position for regular cleaning. Clean the cartridge filter and filter cage. Recharge the battery.
