Problem: The vacuum can turn on but the impeller is not moving. Red light during operation. Stops during operation.
Cause: The impeller is blocked. The water sensor is dirty. The water sensor is not touching the water
Solution: Put the vacuum inside the water to activate the sensor. Clean the water sensor. Remove the debris blocking the movement.

Problem: The vacuum cannot turn on. Shut-off randomly.
Cause: The battery is discharged, the water sensor is dirty, vacuum not fully fully submerged in water. The Power switch is loose.
Solution: Ensure the water sensor is in contact with the water. Clean the water sensor. Charge the battery until the light of the charger turns from red to green color. Fasten the screw that holds the power switch. Clean the charging pins.
Remove the plastic cap and the screw located below. Clean the inner part of the power switch. Install back the power switch and ensure the screw is firmly holding the switch in place. |
Problem: Short usage time. Blinking green/blue light during operation.
Cause: The battery is discharged.
Solution: Charge the battery until the light of the charger turns from red to green color. Ensure you are using the correct charger. Replace the charger.
