Problem: The vacuum can turn on but the impeller is not moving.

Cause: The impeller is blocked. The water sensor is dirty. The vacuum in out of the water.

Solution: Put the vacuum inside the water to activate the sensor. Clean the water sensor. Remove the debris blocking the movement.


Problem: The vacuum cannot turn on. Shut-off randomly. Short usage time.

Cause: The battery is discharged, the water sensor is dirty, vacuum not fully fully submerged in water.

Solution: Ensure the water sensor is in contact with the water. Clean the water sensor. Remove the debris blocking the movement. Charge the battery until the light of the charger turns from red to green color. Fix the position of the power switch. Clean the charging pins.





Remove the plastic cap and the screw located below. Clean the inner part of the power switch. Install back the power switch and ensure the screw is firmly holding the switch in place.
