Problem: The vacuum does not start.

Cause: Debris blocking the impeller movement, the power switch is not fully turned to ON position, the battery is discharged.

Solution: Fully turn the dial of the power switch until you hear the click sound. Clean the vacuum and remove any debris blocking the impeller movement. Recharge the battery with the original cable and a compatible USB charger until you see the green light.

Cleaner's Lights

  • GREEN: Power ON
  • RED: Impeller Stop (clogged)

Diagnosis and solutions of electrical faults

1- Connect the cleaner to the charger and proceed according to the color of the light on the cleaner and the result.
None: Clean the charging pins. Replace the charging cable
Red: Charge for 5 hours or until the light turns green
Green: locate and remove any debris blocking the impeller movement. Remove the stain on the water sensor
2- The light doesn’t turn green light after 5 hours of charging
Replace the main unit
3- The motor doesn’t run after removed the debris that blocks the impeller movement and the LED indicator shows green light.
Replace the main unit

Problem: The vacuum does not charge.

Cause: The charging port is dirty. The USB charger used in not compatible. The charging cable is damaged.

Solution: Clean the charging port. Use a different USB charger with at least 1A power output. Replace the charging cable.
