Does Kokido product have Warranty?

Yes, Kokido offers 1-year warranty service for products purchased from our store and authorized resellers. The serial number of the product and the sales receipt is required to establish the start date of the warranty and the coverage period. The warranty does not cover wearing parts and accessories.

Can I use the vacuum cleaner in in-ground pools?

Yes, the vacuum cleaner can be used in above ground and in-ground pools. Please check the specification of each model and purchase the correct one based on your pool size and shape.

Can I use the robot in in-ground pools?

Yes, the robot can be used in above ground and in-ground pools. Please check the specification of each model and purchase the correct one based on your pool size and shape.

Can I use the vacuum cleaner in a saltwater pool?

Yes, you can use it in a saltwater pool, make sure all salt is dissolved before deploying the pool cleaner.

Can I clean algae with the robot?

No, the robot is for daily maintenance to collect debris in the pool floor like leaves, sand, and dead bugs. It can catch some algae in the process, but it is not designed for it. To clean algae properly you need to use chemicals and shock your pool. Please ask your pool professional for more details on how to remove algae.

How should I store my robot?

Make sure the robot is dry and clean, recharge the product 4-6 hours before storing. 

How do I know the cleaner/Robot is charged?

The LED light on the adapter will turn from RED to GREEN color when the battery is charged. 

Does the robot can clean the walls of the pool?

It collects debris of the pool floor. It does not climb walls and does not clean the waterline.
